Recommended Dosage
Recommended adult dose: First 2 weeks: 1 capsule 3 times daily with food or as directed by a health care practitioner. After the first 2 weeks: 1 capsule 2 times daily with food or as directed by a health care practitioner.

- Pumpkin seed is used in herbal medicine as supportive therapy for bladder irritation in both men and women.
Cautions
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use to exclude a diagnosis of prostate cancer, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner in cases of blood in the urine or acute urine retention, or if symptoms persist or worsen. Keep out of reach of children. Known adverse reaction: Hypersensitivity (allergy) has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. Do not take if you are allergic to Curcubita species. Keep out of reach of children.
