Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water), dicalcium phosphate dihydrate, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica.
Recommended Dosage
Recommended adult dose: 2 capsules at breakfast and 2 capsules at bedtime daily with food or as directed by a health care practitioner. Use for at least 3 months to see beneficial effects. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 6 months.

Cautions
Do not use if you are taking anticoagulant/antiplatelet drugs and/or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or attempting to conceive unless you have consulted with a health care practitioner. Do not use if you have diarrhea, haemorrhagic diseases, or heavy periods. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a liver disorder, if you develop symptoms of liver trouble, or are taking hormone-containing medications, such as progesterone preparations, oral ontraceptives, hormone replacement therapy serious or major conditions, any type of acute infection, deficiency, or excess. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if new symptoms develop, such as breast pain or any changes in menstrual cycles. When using this product, avoid exposure to the sun. Keep out of reach of children.
